Apricots

DESCRIPTION

An excellent source of energy, iron and copper, like the Brazil nut, apricots are friends of athletes. Dry apricot is therefore very rich in vitamins and minerals, in addition to being a good source of fiber. In addition, dried apricots are full of antioxidants, which can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer and type 2 diabetes.

In the kitchen, they can easily be added to desserts. In salty meals, they are used as dates and prunes. They are therefore excellent in tajines.
